The Berks LaunchBox spent a December morning working with seven young adults from Hope Springs, based in Reading. They were able to imagine, create and conquer activities regarding product design and development.  Each participant:

  • created their own 3D printed snowflake
  • designed and assembled a marketing button
  •  teamed up to build a human centered design solution for improving an everyday item; and,
  • worked together to beat a structural challenge.

The STEM based activities led them to identify problems, prototype solutions and then market the solution.  We can’t wait for their return visit to create and learn some more!
