The Berks LaunchBox 3D Printing for Beginners class will be offered again, at no cost, beginning in October. Classes will run on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm, October 17 through November 14; no class October 31.
Over these five classes you will learn Tinkercad, an easy-to-use 3D CAD design tool plus how to utilize the Dremel Digilab 3D printers at the Berks LaunchBox. Tinkercad is a web based, free, design tool which you can also use at home to quickly turn your ideas into a CAD models for 3D printers.
You will also learn a little history of additive manufacturing (3D Printing) and safety requirements of the printers allowing you to become approved to utilize the printers in the future.
