Ten students completed a class on Workplace Professionalism offered in conjunction with the Literacy Council and taught at the Berks LaunchBox. Business English speaking and writing was taught in every class along with business etiquette and social skills development.
The class ran weekly on Mondays from 5:30-8:30pm with the following schedule for Fall 2019:
Oct 14: Positive First Impressions
Oct 21: Understanding Different Cultures
Oct 28: Networking
Nov 4: Dining Etiquette
Nov 11: Written and Verbal Etiquette
Nov 18: Addressing Customers Wants and Needs
