Lucine Sihelnik is the President & CEO of the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance and a leader in community and economic development. She has spent 20 years advancing sustainability in Berks County, including co-founding Great American Creamery, which sources from Penn State’s Berkey Creamery. Lucine launched her first business as an organic farmer near Bernville, later revitalizing the Penn Street Market and leading local food policy initiatives. She was the first female president of Berks Agricultural Resource Network (B.A.R.N.), served as Reading City Council Vice President, and most recently as Berks County Commissioner. With a master’s from Alvernia University, she continues to serve on community boards. Lucine believes sustainability can be integrated into people, planet, and profit across all industries.
