Timing for Forming a Business Entity and Choice of Entities (virtual)
Monday, November 14th from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Founders often think that they should wait to form a business entity until they are ready to launch or receive revenue. This can be a big mistake, particularly if there are co-founders and trade secrets or other intellectual property involved in the business. There are a number of options available with respect to business entities.  The Clinic generally recommends starting with a limited liability company, which could be converted into a corporation if circumstances later justify the formalities required by operating in a corporate form.

This event will be offered in-person and via Zoom, and its open to all students and community members!

Registration is not required for this event. Participants can join the Zoom session HERE.

High Quality Sales Funnels: The 3 L’s to the Best Business Outcomes (virtual)
Tuesday, November 15th from 12:15 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.

In order to have a successful business, we must do right by the customer to ensure we give them what we said we will. We make this happen by focusing on 3 pillars (or L’s) that exist for every healthy & profitable business: Life, Leads, and Legacy.

In this session, Jared Barto will go over what he instructs each of his clients to do when they set up their businesses and their sales funnels.

– Quality of Life: The base of our sales funnel will cover areas of how we are showing up as individuals to our business. Areas like mindset, health, wellness, and relationships will be the focus.
– Quality of Leads: To ensure we’re covering a strong foundation, we’re going to be running through our communication methods, marketing strategies, and sales psychology to meet the needs of our people where they are.
– Quality of Legacy: We close out our high quality sales funnel by sharing the greater impact our business has when we start to build out teams, think about exit strategies for selling (or investments), and the overall lasting effect we intend to have as business owners in this world.

If you’re planning to start or already running a business but don’t have all the customers you want, this session is *the one* for you!

This event is presented by Berks Launch Box.

Registration is required for Zoom attendance. You can register HERE.
