Online Selling Clinic

Are you presently selling goods or services online or would like to start?

The Online Selling Pop-up Clinic will cover legal aspects of online selling including taxes, financing, marketing, websites, and cybersecurity. With increasing numbers of people choosing to sell online as a result of COVID-19, this Clinic will give listeners a better idea of some of their legal obligations in selling online.

The Pop-up Clinic will be presented by Penn State Dickinson’s Business Law Society, and will be held in coordination with Berks LaunchBox, Harrisburg LaunchBox, Kutztown SBDC, and Penn State SBDC.

Savannah Wilt:

Savannah is a second-year law student at Penn State Dickinson Law. She is an MBA student at Penn State Harrisburg and is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania. Savannah is the current Treasurer of the Business Law Society and is pursuing a career assisting small businesses with legal matters.  In her free time, she enjoys puzzles and spending time at the Finger Lakes in New York.

Aaron Holland:

Aaron is currently a second-year law student at Penn State Dickinson Law. He has an interest in business and tax law, especially in the assistance of start-up businesses and new entrepreneurs. Aaron is the current Vice-President of the Military Law Caucus and spent 6 years with the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer. He lives in Carlisle with his wife and two-year-old daughter.
